Refund Policy

At Generational Squash, we strive to offer flexible and fair policies while maintaining the sustainability of our coaching programs. Please read the following policy carefully before making any purchases or bookings.

 

🔁 Memberships (Adult & General Access)

​

Our membership plan provides unlimited access to weekly coaching sessions, including:

  • Club Night

  • Ladies Night

  • HIIT

  • Racketball

 

Payment Terms

​

  • Memberships are billed monthly.

  • Payments are collected [insert method, e.g., via Direct Debit/Online Payment/etc.].

 

Cancellations

​

  • Members can cancel at any time, but we require one month’s notice.

  • Notice must be given in writing (email or written notice) or discussed directly with one of the coaching staff.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions within the paid month.

 

Refunds

​

  • We do not offer refunds for partial months, missed sessions, or lack of attendance.

  • Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the coaching team.

 

🧒 Junior Term Bookings

​

Junior squash coaching is booked per half-term, and spaces are limited to ensure high-quality instruction.

Refunds

​

  • A full refund may be requested before the first session of the term has taken place.

  • Once a junior has attended the first session, the term is considered active, and no refunds will be issued for any reason (including illness, injury, or schedule conflicts).

 

Cancellations

​

  • You may cancel your place before the first session for a full refund.

  • After the first session, the booking is non-refundable.

 

❌ Missed or Cancelled Sessions

​

  • No refunds or credits are issued for missed sessions (whether part of a membership or junior term).

  • If Generational Squash cancels a session, we will offer a rescheduled session where possible.

  • In cases of long-term disruption (e.g., multiple cancellations), we will assess whether compensation or membership extensions are appropriate.
